Tafadzwa holds a Masters in Peace and Governance (MPG), Bachelor of Humanities and Social Science degree from the Africa University (Zimbabwe) and Curriculum Design and Instructional Material Development Certificate (NITTTR, Chennai, India). Tafadzwa is the Chairman at Intrepid Holdings P/L which incorporates Intrepid Property Developers, AMAS, Imagine Plus Media and Capital Bazaars.

He commands technical and strategic upper rungs management depth in Professional Training, Motivation, Consultancy, Acquisitions, Insurance Risk Management and Entrepreneurship. Tafadzwa was Managing Director for KM Insurance, Deputy Group Managing Director for Arkrite Holdings Group and Branded Homes and Furniture. Tafadzwa also sits in a myriad of corporate boards.
